View and Edit Organizations - edit swaps previously entered lat and long

Bug Description
In Organization Registry, from the View and Edit organizations option ONLY, when you select an organization to edit, the previously entered latitude and longitude coordinates get swapped - and the longitude shows up in the latitude field and vice-versa.
You have to swap them manually to get them to save correctly after making any other edits to this record.
