LMMS gets kicked by Jack immediately on startup

Bug Description

Binary package hint: lmms

LMMS will not properly connect to JACK when started after JACK.

In this case, I've started JACK normally with qjackctl, and then started LMMS. Ardour is able to connect fine.

Error message was:
"LMMS was kicked by JACK for some reason. Therefore the JACK backend of LMMS has been restarted. You will have to make manual connections again."

LMMS has a lot of issues with Jack, but upstream is now taking care of this bug.

I'm building LMMS 0.4.6 with this fixed (applied a patch)

But you'll need to set jack timeout to ~5secs

 I'm sorry but this patch doesn't solve any of the kicked-by-Jack errors. It's
just a small part of recent efforts to make the JACK backend of LMMS more RT
capable. However this single trivial patch probably doesn't have any notable
impact at all.
