Please update clamav to 0.95.3

Ran the test suite (per the package qualification process) in a karmic chroot with two errors:

 * Stopping ClamAV daemon clamd [ OK ]
 * Starting ClamAV daemon clamd [ OK ]
Skipping private tests
Test LP: #365823 (clamav-milter chowns directories to clamav) ... FAIL

Proposed Jaunty package passes all tests in the test suite except Test LP: #365823 (clamav-milter chowns directories to clamav) and that's also due to it being in a chroot, so no real issues.

Did some tests on Karmic/Jaunty/Intrepid with clamav 0.95.3 (see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/Clamav matrices).

Testing for gurlchecker is blocked due to Bug #400839. I think we're ready to upload Jaunty/Karmic.

Ack from ubuntu-backporters for source backport from jaunty-proposed to Intrepid.

Tested it builds, installs, and runs for Hardy and Dapper. Ack from ubuntu-backporters.

Installed clamav via karmic-proposed and confirming it works OK. Tried a few viruses and detection works, verified that the outdated message no longer shows.

Any chance anyone to test the jaunty update as well?

Installed from jaunty-proposed and tested it with a couple of apps (klamav, python-clamav, etc), and it's working OK.
