Apport suddenly spat this out about a serious kernel error. Ubuntu 9.10 fresh install, ASUS 1000HE netbook.

Hi Jimmy,

The warning reported in the attached OopsText.txt log appears to have been resolved with a patch from upstream. A test kernel containing the patch has been posted to bug 457523. As a result I'm marking this as a duplicate to bug 457523. Please continue to track this issue at that report and provide any testing feedback there. If you reported an issue that is unrelated to this warning, please open a new bug. Thanks!
