bad tabbing order in Edit Channel dialog

Bug Description
In Kubuntu 9.10 Karmic, KDE 4.3.2, Software Sources 0.74
Run KPackageKit, click Settings > Edit Software Sources > Other Software tab.
Select a PPA and click Edit...
In the "Edit Channel" dialog that appears, note the position of the active item keyboard highlight as you press the <Tab> key. The keyboard focus starts on the [OK] button, advances to [Cance], but then as you press <Tab> it goes *backwards* through the Comment, Components, Distribution, URI, and Type dialog items. Bizarre.
I expect the keyboard focus to start at the top of a dialog and move downwards as you press <Tab>, like other KDE applications.
