gedit-latex-plugin package should suggest or recommend "python-poppler"

Binary package hint: gedit-latex-plugin

In order for the embedded preview to work with the gedit LaTeX plugin, the python-poppler package has to be installed.
However, this package is neither suggested, nor recommended, and toggling the embedded preview (LaTeX -> Toggle Embedded Preview in the menu bar) when this package is not installed raises a dialog box cryptic python error.
To fix this bug, I think the gedit-latex-plugin package should either recommend python-poppler or suggest it, in which case the python error should be replaced by a message that can be parsed by human beings.
