Bug Description
Binary package hint: evolution
I imported my google contacts from a CSV (outlook) and the formatting was incorrect. Fields were imported into the wrong columns. When I attempted to select all and delete, nothing happened. I tried doing this in offline mode, and nothing happened again.
Not sure why there isn't an option to clear multiple contacts out of the DB.
One more thing. When you get duplicate detected . . . if there are multiples, the system shows one window for each duplicate. Not a good experience when you have 200 duplicates!

Deleting the entire address book and creating a new one seems to work.
Also, I tried select all / delete on my local address book and it worked fine.
