UEC management interface still has Eucalyptus as title

In fact, it should say "Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud powered by Eucalyptus".

Note that the big logo in the page only says "Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud", so having the full product name only in the HTML <TITLE> seems odd ?

It appears we would just have to patch <TITLE> in:
clc/modules/www/src/main/java/edu/ucsb/eucalyptus/admin/public/index.html
which is reasonably harmless.

Correction, the Eucalyptus <title> also appears in:
clc/modules/www/src/main/java/edu/ucsb/eucalyptus/admin/public/EucalyptusWebInterface.html

Will be included if we do another Eucalyptus upload before release.

Verified that the Web UI now has "Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud, powered by Eucalyptus" in TITLE.

I copied the karmic-proposed package to lucid. Ffor karmic-updates it is still missing two verifications.
