Bug Description
Images registered by the image store proxy are currently not starting up properly.
The problem is related to the way that the images are registered: for some reason both the image and the ramdisk end up with the same manifest in the image store bucket.

This has been fixed in 1.0.4.
There was a bug in the code which mixed the two manifests.
