Synaptic can be used to manage advanced software packages (such as server applications) which Add/Remove Applications does not manage.

Located in add-applications/C/add-applications.xml:87(para)

Should say "...Software Center does not manage."

This patch fixes this bug as well as Bug #441323 https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-docs/+bug/441323
It removes add/remove and replaces it with software center and also changes third party software to other software.
