Bug Description

Binary package hint: parted

I installed 6.06 beta 2 on a system containing a Windows partition. It was possible to create a / (root) and swap on an LVM volume. It was not possible to install a bootmanager. The harddisk was unbootable after the installation.
If it can not install a boot manager why is my windows gone? After reading some LVM documentation it seems that you need a separate /boot and swap partition.
The installation procedure should at least warn about this. It would be better if would not allow a /-partiotion on an LVM without a separate /boot- and swap parttition.
