Bug Description

Ubuntu Tweak 0.4.9
In Applications>Package Cleaner, the button to apply the changes you requested by ticking the checkboxes is labeled "Clear"
This to me implies that it would clear all my checkbox selections.
Changing the label to "Apply" would be more appropriate.

Thanks for you report.
But I think it's appropriate, becuase the computer janitor is also labled the button with "Cleanup".

Is it better label with "cleanup"?

Yes, I agree "Cleanup" is more precise than both "Clear" and "Apply".
I'd say that would be the best solution.
