Bug Description

Binary package hint: gwibber

Gwibber should have a "launch" entry in the Messaging indicator. This should be present even if Gwibber is not currently opened. When selected, it should bring Gwibber to the front, launching it if necessary.

The launcher is already there, but I want to rename the file for it to match the package name.
