 Tis bug isnt in version 9.10 but 10.04

with KDE 4.3.95 in KDE setting for printers I get this bug :
The service "Printer setting" does not provide an interface "KCModule" with the key-word "system-config-printer-kde.py".

Is this the same bug ?

 Yes, but in version 10.04. I have other problems with kontact, with writing
emails addresses from contact section arent added.
