Can't enable automatic login in MCC

Bug Description

On my karmic box, /etc/gdm/custom.conf looks like this:

# GDM configuration storage

[xdmcp]

[chooser]

[security]

[debug]
<---------snip------------>

The startup_behavior plugin can't enable automatic login with this file because it uses regexes like ^AutomaticLoginEnable= which won't match anything.
