Stretching icons on Desktop

Bug Description
When u strecth an icon on the desktop and then move it to a folder (i tried it with a png image that i saved on my desktop) it stays stetched on the folder, now it may be useful to have this feauture not only in the desktop but in any other folder in nautilus too, but it doesn, i order to restore the icon original size u have to move it back to the desktop resize and then move it back to the desired folder
if someone want to recreate this, what i did was saving the launchpad logo at the top of the page to the desktop then stretched it and move it to a folder in the desktop (i used drag and drop)
im using jaunty.
i dont know if this should be taken as a bug, cause its actually a bug, but it is a feauture request too...maybe it would be cool to have the stretching option in all the folders.
