Bug Description
By testing the shape option of the pen tool (which create a LPE on the shape), I tried to save the result as a plain svg file.
The inkscape svg file is correctly rendered by Firefox3.5 and Inkscape

Ok I shot myself, marked as duplicate of #377958:
path-effect tags are kept in the plain svg file and always interpreted by the inkscape renderer when loaded.
