Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs
The Programming section should be removed from the system documentation because it's not a suitable end user help topic. A better place to document programming is on the community help wiki.
The section should be reviewed and anything useful should be merged into the wiki before it is deleted.

The programming pages on the wiki currently need some re-organization before this can be completed. That re-org should probably be worked with the Signpost project as well. Any ideas on how best to re-org those pages and integrate this system doc material in with it?
