Bug Description

This command will call the help function of every templates commands.

__doc__ will be called for builtins commands.

I manually created a quickly-reference.html page and linked it to the help index. Not nearly as good, but covers us for the time being.

quickly help now works!

It can be used in differents ways, always respecting the current context
quickly help <builtincommand> (wherever you are)
quickly help <templatecommand> (if you are in a quickly project derived from template)
quickly help <template> <templatecommand> (wherever you are: even if you are in a project with a template, you can call for help on a command from a different template!)

and as usual:
quickly -t <template> help <templatecommand> (wherever you are)
