thanks for this important information - I am awfully sorry, but the file you need does exist no longer :-( If it was essential close my bug; next time I'll be better to attach every information ;-)

Perhaps it can be recreated if you attempt to install emacs-snapshot anew. Can you try that?

It's certainly not your fault that you didn't react to a message you probably didn't even see; the infrastructure which reports the bug should notice this and include the required file.
