Binary package hint: adobe-flashplugin

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/adobe-flashplugin shows that Jaunty was updated to 10.0.32.18-1jaunty1, but karmic is still at 10.0.22.87-2jaunty1. Since Flash 10.0.32.18 was a security update - see http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flashplayer/articles/flash_player10.0.32_security_update.html and http://www.adobe.com/support/security/bulletins/apsb09-10.html.

I finally found https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Tags. The bug should have been tagged 'packaging' instead of 'needs-packaging,' since it is related to an existing package instead of a request for a new package. Because of this, I believe that its importance should be changed from "Wishlist."

Christian Funder Sommerlund, what you have seen must have been reverted because the latest version in the main repository is still 10.0.22.87-2jaunty1 as of 2009-10-03

I know that Karmic is still BETA but the latest greatest Ubuntu distro should have the latest Flash player. When?

updated this night to Karmic - i can see flv from ffplay, but i can't see videos from youtube. i had no problems in Jaunty time
