Bug Description

Binary package hint: mongrel-cluster

The excess output from mongrel_cluster_ctl makes it difficult to use cleanly in automated scripts such as /etc/init.d/mongrel-cluster. This patch add support for a --quiet option and sends any errors to STDERR.
