Include xc5000 firmware in Karmic (now properly licensed)

Bug Description

As a result of improvements in 2.6.31 to the xc5000 driver, we now require a new version of the firmware. However, we also managed to get the licensing worked with Xceive out so that it can now be freely redistributed.

The firmware is now in dmw2's linux-firmware tree and it would be great to get this into Karmic before it is released as it would make a half dozen Hauppauge/PCTV products work "out-of-the-box"

HI,

i was just wondering whether anyone was noticing a change from 9-10 to 10.04. My tuner was working fine before upgrade. Then I added the new firmware and "linux-firmware" and now Xc5000 sometimes loads after several restarts.
