Please sponsor version 2.27.4 in karmic

I can't get the launchpad-integration to work. gnome-nettool switched from libglade to gtkbuilder and I did not manage to include the menu items in the help menu.

the issue is due to the fact that the uimanager is unreferenced before having the menu update triggered, I've updated the lpi change to fix the referencing now and uploaded

This bug was fixed in the package gnome-nettool - 2.27.4-0ubuntu1
