Bug Description
DDEBs generation will soon be turned on for all builds, however their disk publication will be suppressed for PPA archives (public & private) so we can safe disk space on `[private-]ppa.l.n` until the implementation settles.
DDEBs will be uploaded, published, superseded, copied and displayed normally, i.e there is no change in publishing machine or in the UI. They will only be suppressed on the repository indexes and pool/.
Later on we can control this aspect via an IArchive flag or something similar.
