MSCZJOB* routines do not handle processes in other OpenVista instances

Bug Description
Currently, the code in the MSCZJOB* routines fails when trying to inspect jobs in other OpenVista instances. This is because each process dumps its info to its own instance's database when INTERRUPTed and the MSCZJOB* code doesn't switch to the correct database to grab the info. The NEW PERSON file lookup doesn't switch databases, either.
