highlight saved invalid grades

Do you mean saved 'extra credit' scores? I ask because the gradebook does not allow invalid scores to get saved. Extra credit scores are highlighted in yellow (warning text) as they are entered, and these scores are allowed to be saved. Do you want me to highlight these scores in yellow when they are displayed back to the user, even after they have been successfully updated to the database? I could do that if you want, i.e., always have extra credit appear as yellow.

I suppose I mean "scores that are invalid and submitted but still not saved should be red"

That is, even if the scores aren't saved when the form returns they are still there, unsaved, right? -- they should still be red.

Ah, I get it, you mean when a user saves a gradebook with invalid scores. I'll interpreted that you meant the scores were saved when you meant the action was to save. The view does in fact return the invalid unsaved scores back into the cells where they were just entered to give the user the chance to change them. I just need to scan the whole spreadsheet onLoad and set the error colors for the bad scores. Will do.

Invalid scores are now highlighted in red on loading the form, and the error messages, one for each invalid score, are now replaced with one general error message.
