ovrestore: interactive mode's lock check failure and retry option.

While using ovrestore I really wanted to do the restore of my db but by mistake I didn't close my OpenVistaCIS application that was connected to the instance I wanted to restore, so as I was running ovrestore in the interactive mode stopped the restore process due to not being able to get an exclusive lock to the db; which is great but I spent 5 minutes waiting for the extraction process to finish and I'll have to wait again after closing OpenVistaCIS and any other program that could be accessing my db so that the restore process finish.

Could we add a retry option if the lock check fails?
