Running ovbackup without a database name error message could be more friendly.

Bug Description
Right now if I run:
[cesar@itaca gtm-integration
I get the error message:
ovbackup: missing operand
Which is fine, but something along the lines of 'ovbackup: missing database instance name' would be more friendly and straight to the point.
