Bug Description

Binary package hint: xfce4

Xubuntu 9.04, when time zone is set with "Application" -> "Settings" -> "Time and Date", the time displayed in the panel (upper right) does not change. The problem occured both in changing from us-eastern to middle-european time and back again.

    - 01_use-exo-open-for-terminal dropped, included upstream.
    - 02_fix-session-restart-command as well.
  * debian/rules:
    - drop quilt stuff.
