Bug Description
In order for this theme to be used in LoCos that use an RTL language, a style-rtl.css file needs to be created. This needs to be filled with rules to override the ltr styles set in style.css.

r100 includes some RTL images. Adding an entry in the CSS file for the url property should be enough to utilize these.
