Bug Description

Strings such as "Rule(s) added" should be smarter. Ideally, ngettext should be used, so translators have a singular and plural form of those strings, and the appropriate one is shown to the user as needed, instead of using parentheses.

Hi!
Well, I will study better ufw, in older versions ufw can add 1 or 2 rules for one command...
but now, appear only one rule...
Maybe is only Rule added :)
I will review it!
Thanks Jean ;)
