Numbers prefixed by "#" in descriptions could be converted to bug links

Bug Description

In the description of https://launchpad.net/products/launchpad/+bug/3753, you can see "I guess this is somehow related to #3128".

The "#3128" should be converted to a link to the proper bug if this exists.

Bug numbers are linkified if you specify them as "bug 3128" or "bug #3128" or similar (the same as Bugzilla).

Trac linkifies "#nnn", so it may be worth sampling public Trac installations to see how often it accidentally linkifies things that aren't Trac tickets.

I use Trac a lot and never had problems with it.

It would be very convinient if bug numbers written with # prefix in other bugs' comments was linkified.
