Bug Description

While using the Byobu Configuration Menu if I use the Esc key with the intention of backing out of a menu it instead works as a selection key, as if I hit 'enter'.

This is a very counter-intuitive action for the Esc key to perform.

Any chance you can take a look at this? Perhaps a configuration parameter we can give in the python-newt code?
