Bug Description

A user in the ec2ubuntu group reported a problem not getting the right hostname inside of a user-data script.

  http://groups.google.com/group/ec2ubuntu/browse_thread/thread/b5b032e0db59323f

Mike Milner and Patrick J. McNerthney pointed out that this problem is being caused by the fact that the hostname is getting set after the user-data script is run in /etc/init.d/ec2-init

The user-data script should be run after the hostname is set and after the apt-source is set.

This also makes aptitude update and/or installing in the user-data script.
