Bug Description
An Ajax client wants to modify a field (say Bug.description) and get an XHTML representation back. If they PATCH the bug they'll get back an XHTML representation of the whole bug. But if they could PATCH the description field itself, it'd make sense for the server to only send an XHTML representation of the description.
