Like libgtmshr.so, libopenvista.so needs to have textrel_shlib_t.

Without the correct context, W $&openvista.gtmserver("","^ZISTCPS") results in:

%GTM-I-DLLNOOPEN, Failed to load external dynamic library /usr/lib/openvista/libopenvista.so
%GTM-I-TEXT, /usr/lib/openvista/libopenvista.so: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied
%GTM-E-ZCUNAVAIL, Package, openvista unavailable
