2-column page layout is too narrow for Ubuntu code of conduct

Matthew has addressed this problem in the development branch (by switching to a two column layout, rather than three columns), so the problem should be fixed in the next production rollout.

The two-column layout wasn't enough. Since the instructions concentrate on downloading rather than copying-and-pasting, perhaps the code can be presented with text-to-html formatting.

Since we are ignoring whitespace differences, a cut/pasted rewrapped version of the CoC would probably still be acceptable (providing all the words/punctuation remain and are in the same order).

I believe this is now fixed -- both copying and pasting and downloading worked for me, fwiw.

Reproduced in Firefox and Safari. At 1024*768, it talks about my "behavior as a member of the Ubu community"; at 800*600, it's even worse.

This was fixed by the switch to one-column sometime last year.
