Bug Description
NULL^ZOSV2GTM uses device /dev/nul. On Linux I believe this should be /dev/null. In any case, this routine is never apparently called. Can it just be removed?

I'm hesitant to remove it (even though an fgrep for 'NULL^%ZOSV' came up empty), but I can't think of any circumstance when /dev/nul might be correct. I'd say we just change it to /dev/null.
