Bug Description

Binary package hint: gimp

Under jaunty, I opend some logos and find out the color are not correct...
I had a look at a PDF, where the color from the logo are discribed, and add the colors manually in gimp (using the cmjn values), and compard them to those in the pdf, and there are pretty different !

Then I had a look at the color number when the cmjn is set properly, and I have 138 in place of 342... if I set the teint to 342 I have a brown in place of a green...

I've now activate color management in scribus, and set everything to adobe icc, also activate show like printer... but the green from the logo remain very high instead of very dark... the image is eps ...

On the logo from the supplyer in jpg, the colors are ok... ?? or at least nearer from the wanted result...

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Lucid Lynx. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu.
