rawgeturl and posted http differ in document structure

Bug Description

RawGetURL (as seen in test_rawgeturl.test) and a received HTTP Post (_test_http_callback.test) have a different structure for the http part of the response. The former does not contain the headers under "headers", though to be consistent it should.

As this is a backwards incompatible change it must be made before the 1.0 release.
