Bug Description

It would be nice to add apport hooks [1] to gather relevant information to help in debugging mysql bugs.

[1]: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Apport/DeveloperHowTo

Examples:
 * mysqld related messages from /var/log/daemon.log.
 * /etc/mysql.my.cnf (with private info such as password stripped)
 * /etc/mysql/debian-start
 * listing of /var/lib/mysql/mysql/ (list of mysql db tables)
 * free disk space from the partition where /var/lib/mysql/ is located.
 * apparmor audit messages related to mysqld

I've attached a first version of an apport hooks providing the first point above.
