Bug Description

Binary package hint: gedit

This crash is caused by the "Draw Spaces" plugin (which doesn't work when enabled).

To reproduce:

1. Edit > Preferences > Plugins
2. (Tick), untick, tick "Draw Spaces"
3. Click "Configure Plugin" and change any checkbox state
