Bug Description
Notifications about disk space appears every time you log in and there is any wait to avoid them.
There should be a way to configure them, or a "not show anymore" option in the notification.
Also, it has not sense notifications about partitions mounted in only-read mode.

the configurability is already in bug #33967, that's why I initially marked this as a dup. However, the "do not show low disk space notification for read-only volumes" is something new and makes sense, thus I devote this bug to this part.
