Bug Description
Binary package hint: oem-config
The GTK frontend tries to resize the oem-config window if it is too big for the screen. But the algorithm has these problems:
1) Doesn't consider WM decorations
2) Doesn't consider both height *and* width being too big
3) Uses screen size, not monitor size
I have attached a patch to fix these issues. I also have a bzr branch at lp:~mterry/oem-config/fix-size-request (is that more or less convenient than a patch?).

* Add missing errno import.
* Merge in the new timezone widget from ubiquity (LP: #335557).
* Fix 'resize if too big for screen' logic (LP: #341758). Thanks Michael
Terry!

* GTK frontend:
- Full-screen the window when --only is used - i.e. more or less always,
except for testing. The extra screen real estate makes the timezone
map, among other widgets, easier to use. (Ported from Evan Dandrea's
similar change to Ubiquity; the KDE frontend needed no change as in
oem-config it's always full-screen.)
- Use stock preferences-system icon (thanks, Michael Terry;
LP: #341770).
* Update translations from Launchpad.
