[file-browser-launcher] Menu disappears when "Select windows when the mouse moves over them" is selected

Bug Description

When option "Select windows when the mouse moves over them" (System=>Window) is selected, it is impossible to use file-browser-launcher menu because is disappears as soon as mouse goes over the menu if this menu opens over another application in full screen mode.

When option ""Select windows when the mouse moves over them" is selected :

* It works perfectly when :
  - there is no application window underneath the applet menu
  - underneath application window is not in full screen mode

* It fails when :
  - there is an opened application in full screen mode under applet menu

My configuration :
 - Up to date Ubuntu Intrepid 8.10
 - AWN and AWN extras installed thanks to universe repository
 - AWN and AWN extras versions : 0.2.6-2ubuntu4
 - Compiz 1:0.7.8-0ubuntu4.1 enabled

Just to be clear, does this occur in 0.3.x?

Yes !

After Ubuntu Jaunty upgrade, bundled with awn and awn-extra 0.3.2, the problem still occurs.

Matt: I think you have to implement support for the "dialog focus loss behavior" shared config key, as detailed in bug 221965. I'm not going to mark this bug as a duplicate of that one because it's specific to your applet. I'm also targeting this for 0.3.2.2, unless the change looks to be too non-trivial.
