gtk warning on first time opening fill and stroke

Bug Description

after starting inkscape, the first time you open the Fill and Stroke dialogue (from command bar or from menu) a warning is displayed in the terminal:

(inkscape:25733): Gtk-WARNING **: GtkSpinButton: setting an adjustment with non-zero page size is deprecated

(svn r20833, ubuntu 8.10)
