Bug Description

In entertainerlib/utils/content_management_dialog.py lines 133 and 159, the code references the CONTENT_CFG_UPDATED MessageType.

This MessageType doesn't exist. The real MessageType is CONTENT_CONF_UPDATED.

This bug prevents two things:

1) Content directories never get updated.
2) A user can't close the dialog window without killing it (continous traceback messages).

I just noticed that it looks like preferences has the same problem. I'll fix that while I'm at it.
