Bug Description
Workrave is running bugzilla version 3.2.0.0~rc2-1, which launchpad does not recognize. "Launchpad couldn't determine the version of Bugzilla running on Workrave Bugzilla."
I believe this bug is probably similar to https:/
"This is because Launchpad isn't parsing the 'rc' section of the bug tracker version properly (it expects a hyphen between the version number and any suffixes)."
The launchpad code was modified to recognise no characters between the version number and the suffix, it probably needs to be updated to recognize a tilde as well as a hyphen or no characters between them.

I agree. This shouldn't be too hard to fix, so I'll target it to the next cycle.
