network-manager: configure button(s) to create gsm connections only works on first attempt

Bug Description

Follow-up bug for issue identified at jaunty sprint.

to reproduce:

1. ensure you have no mobile broadband connection configured in Connection editor on startup
2. plugin 3G device
3. click on configure button in notification bubble
(alternative: click on configure menu entry in nm applet main menu)
4. close wizard by pressing cancel
5. replug device (you can skip this if using alternative:)
6. click configure on notification bubble
(alternative: click on configure menu entry a second time)

result: mobile broadband wizard does not appear; step
expected result: mobile broadband wizard is opened

I have the same problem last night with kubuntu jaunty alpha 4.

My Huawei E220 is detected but I can't connect to the 3G network.

Intrepid Ibex reached end-of-life on 30 April 2010 so I am closing the report. The bug has been fixed in newer releases of Ubuntu.
